In keeping with our aim to champion a new Local TV infrastructure for the Bath region using the web, we are pleased to launch our new Programme Playout Service. In it we offer broadcast quality (up to HD on full screen) playout of multi-episode programmes to homes and offices on broadband. This provides a superb opportunity for local institutions needing to reach the local Bath audience with a cost effective broadcast quality video, to now do so. We anticipate that local press, magazines, local government, advertising agencies, the arts, sports clubs, community groups, educational establishments and more, will all be able to jointly benefit from this new local TV opportunity.

Variable Programme Lengths - Starting at 5 minutes and extending up to an hour and beyond depending on how much material you need to broadcast.
Regular Programme Updating - As standard, the Programme service offers monthly updating of the programme, suitable for monthly episodes. There's an option to increase this update rate if needed and also to allow viewers to watch previously shown episodes.
Internet Connectivity and Search Benefits - All programmes may be linked with any number of existing websites pages to boost the viewing audience and promote any material the programme sponsor requires. We also provide search engine friendly material to link programmes to Google™ and other search engines as an optional extra.
Viewer statistics - We track a range of usage statistics to provide feed back on how your programme is doing.
Video Production Features
If you don't already have the ability to make your own HD video we are pleased to be able to offer the services of our video production team. Key features are:
Filming - Acquisition in High Definition format (Panasonic DVCPRO HD captured on P2 cards)
Editing - in HD using Final Cut Studio 2.
Encoding - Edited programmes are coded in optimised H.264 and uploaded to the playback server.
